Coronavirus - Covid-19 has hit the country like a tidal wave of death and destruction. A swirl of confusion has shrouded the search for what to do. Everyone is asking "what's next?" and "how can we protect ourselves?". Initially there was a run on n95 masks along with other essential goods like toilet paper, but efforts to keep grocery stores and other "essential businesses" open has kept most people from a sudden Mad Max scenario. Unfortunately, the outlook is bleak for the future of the United States and it's bout with Covid-19 as many people expect the pandemic to continue into 2021. Donald Trump has mentioned opening the nation up before testing and test kit administration issues have been resolved. There is a fear by healthcare officials that opening up too early may cause a prolonged spread of new infections and a second wave coupled by a new flu outbreak in the Autumn. As it begins to become apparent we are going to have to deal with this for the foreseeable future, how are you going to protect yourself?
We've done some research and came up with a few creative ideas.
Decontamination Services
Looking into the nations that have flattened the curve, one of the biggest differences you'll notice about what they're doing is massive industrial decontamination and sanitation efforts.
South Korea, Singapore and others been buying and spraying an American made sanitizing chemical called D7. Countries around the world are literally spraying this stuff on to streets and people with cannons (check out the video below). Unlike over the counter cleaning products it destroys the layer of bodily fluid that protects it. Concentrated bleach is only fully effective when it's not diluted but no one is pouring undiluted bleach all over the place and unfortunately most mixtures are just pushing the virus around and not actually killing it. It's a mystery why the United States Government hasn't done this on a similar scale.
We looked around and the cost of cleaning up Covid-19 exposure is normally increased by the fact it's regularly charged on top of normal cleaning services as an extra fee. Cleanup-Coronavirus.com, a company out of Tennessee is providing this service without any extra Coronavirus exposure up charge. They're also running the Clean4Freedom promotion to get a free decontamination cleaning and are picking at least one winner each month through the Summer. If you're looking to reduce the risk of exposure for your business this might be the game changer for you. Business owners, managers and others that have people counting on them should take the next step and sign up for regular decontamination services.
Burke Andersson is running for Nevada State Assembly out of the 15 district and has adopted massive cleaning efforts like this as his vanguard policy. He hopes pushing for large scale industrial cleaning to be supported statewide will help businesses, like the ones in Las Vegas, be as safe as possible when people start going back. If you're in Las Vegas he could use your vote but if you're outside of Vegas he could use your financial support. You know you don't want your next trip to Vegas to be how you caught Covid-19 at the casino so give Burke a fighting chance and hit up his website.
